一.出现EXP-00091错误

[oracle@localhost tmp]$ exp "'/ as sysdba'" tables=testxuchao.TAB_XN_PY_DICT \
> file=/tmp/xifenfei.dmp log=/tmp/xifenfei.log

当环境变量和数据库的不一致，在导出统计信息时候，会报EXP-00091错误。

二.查看NLS相关参数

[oracle@localhost tmp]$ echo $NLS_LANG
AMERICAN

SQL>  col value for a30
SQL>  select parameter,value from nls_database_parameters 
   2  where parameter like '%CHARACTERSET%'; 

PARAMETER                      VALUE
------------------------------ ------------------------------
NLS_CHARACTERSET               ZHS16GBK
NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET         AL16UTF16

三.解决方法
1.设置NLS_LANG为NLS_CHARACTERSET

[oracle@localhost tmp]export NLS_LANG=american_america.ZHS16GBK
[oracle@localhost tmp]$ exp "'/ as sysdba'" tables=testxuchao.TAB_XN_PY_DICT \
> file=/tmp/xifenfei.dmp log=/tmp/xifenfei.log

Export: Release 9.2.0.4.0 - Production on Mon Jan 16 16:08:10 2012

Copyright (c) 1982, 2002, Oracle Corporation.  All rights reserved.

2.使用statistics=none

Symptoms

When attempting to export, you get the following errors:
...
. . exporting table EMP 100 rows exported 
EXP-00091: Exporting questionable statistics.

EXP-00091: Exporting questionable statistics. 
EXP-00091: Exporting questionable statistics. 
...

Cause:
The issue is caused by the following setup:
The client characterset (NLS_LANG) does not match the server characterset.
The pre-calculated optimizer statistics are flagged as questionable at export time if:
1. There are row errors while exporting.
2. The client characterset or NCHAR characterset does not match the server characterset or NCHAR characterset.
3. A QUERY clause is specified.
4. Only certain partitions or subpartitions are exported.

==>This customer does not match 1, 3, 4.
==>This customer matches 2, the client side characterset is not set, the server characterset is
ZHS16GBK, so the client side characterset does not match server side characterset.

$ echo $NLS_LANG 
su: NLS_LANG: Parameter not set. 
SQL> select parameter,value from nls_database_parameters 
   2 where parameter like '%CHARACTERSET%'; 
NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET 
AL16UTF16 
NLS_CHARACTERSET 
ZHS16GBK

Solution:
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1. Set NLS_LANG on OS, then exp again:
$export NLS_LANG=american_america.ZHS16GBK
$echo $NLS_LANG
$exp system/passwd full=y
Or
2. You can add statistics=none:
$exp system/passwd full=y statistics=none
