11.2.0.1数据库运行在win 2008机器上,进程数配置为1000,但是数据库连接数到了170多之后,就开始报ORA-12518 TNS:监听程序无法分发客户机连接

检查alert日志发现后台日志报ORA-27300 ORA-27301 ORA-27302错误
