一个10g的库应用访问报ORA-12514: TNS: 监听进程不能解析在连接描述符中给出的SERVICE_NAME
ORA-12514

通过分析alert日志,确认是数据库启动报ORA-600 4194错误

这个比较简单一般就是undo异常，对undo设置为人工管理，然后重建undo完成本次恢复任务
